How to Pay
To make a booking, purchase a service, reserve a retreat space, or register for an event, please follow the checkout or booking instructions provided on the website and enter your payment details through our secure payment platform.
Once your booking or order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that all contact information provided, including your email address and telephone number, is accurate, as we may need to contact you regarding your booking, event details, updates, or enquiries.
Payments
Payments may be made through our secure online payment systems using approved payment methods, including debit card, credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other authorised payment providers made available through the website.
For security and data protection reasons, we do not accept debit or credit card details by email.
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or deposits may be required in advance to secure participation in selected events, workshops, retreats, or services.
Legnai reserves the right to amend pricing, schedules, locations, facilitators, or event details where reasonably necessary.
A booking shall only be deemed accepted once written confirmation has been issued by Legnai via email or other written communication. Legnai reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings prior to confirmation where reasonably necessary.
Requests to amend, transfer, reschedule, or modify bookings must be submitted in writing via email 3 days before the event and are subject to availability and approval at the sole discretion of Legnai and Elevate Gateway Ltd.
Due to operational planning, venue commitments, limited-capacity events, retreat arrangements, and advance costs incurred, changes to bookings cannot be guaranteed.
Legnai reserves the right to apply administration fees, revised pricing, transfer limitations, or additional charges in connection with requested booking amendments.
Legnai further reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, facilitators, venues, timings, accommodation, activities, programme details, or retreat arrangements where necessary due to operational requirements, safety considerations, supplier changes, availability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where significant changes are required by Legnai, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants as soon as reasonably practicable.
Due to the nature of wellness events, retreats, workshops, venue reservations, operational planning, and limited-capacity offerings, bookings are generally non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.

At the sole discretion of Legnai, booking transfers, account credits, or rescheduling options may occasionally be offered in exceptional circumstances, however this is not guaranteed.
Legnai and Elevate Gateway Ltd reserve the right to cancel, postpone, amend, or reschedule events, retreats, workshops, facilitators, venues, or experiences where reasonably necessary due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, illness, force majeure events, venue issues, supplier changes, travel disruption, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In circumstances where Legnai directly cancels an event or retreat and an alternative arrangement cannot reasonably be provided, Legnai reserves the right to issue account credit, transfer options, partial refunds, or alternative solutions at its discretion and subject to any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.

Legnai and Elevate Gateway Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, amendment, disruption, or failure to perform obligations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
