Women’s Circle

Step into a nurturing and supportive space created for women to connect, reflect, heal, and grow together.

Our Women’s Circle offers an opportunity to pause from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming community of like-minded women. Through guided discussions, mindfulness practices, meditation, gentle movement, journaling, and meaningful connection, we create a safe environment where every woman is invited to be seen, heard, and supported.

This circle is designed to encourage self-discovery, emotional wellbeing, personal empowerment, and authentic connection. Whether you are navigating change, seeking deeper self-awareness, building confidence, or simply looking for a space to recharge, our gatherings provide a sanctuary for reflection, growth, and sisterhood.

Together we explore themes such as self-love, boundaries, purpose, feminine wellbeing, emotional resilience, gratitude, and conscious living while fostering genuine connection and support within the community.

Facilitated by Monica

This experience is lovingly facilitated by Monica, a qualified breathwork & cacao facilitator, meditation guide, somatics coach, creative artist and yoga and wellness practitioner with a passion for creating safe and supportive spaces for healing, growth, transformation and self-discovery.

Drawing upon training in yoga, breathwork, somatics, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellbeing practices, Monica guides participants through experiences designed to promote relaxation, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and inner balance.

Her approach combines compassionate guidance with informed wellness practices, creating an inclusive environment where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore personal growth at their own pace.

Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation, dance, creativity, ceremonial practices, and community connection, Monica’s intention is to help individuals cultivate greater presence, resilience, self-compassion, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you are new to these practices or have experience on your wellness journey, you will be welcomed into a nurturing space that encourages connection, reflection, and restoration.
